The use of the website involves the full and whole acceptance of the general terms of use written bellow. These terms of use terms can be changed or completed at any time, the users of the website shall consult it on a regular basis.
This website is normally accessible at any time by the users. An interruption for a technical maintenance reason can be decided by, and they will do their best to communicate beforehand its users of the dates and times of this maintenance.
The website is regularly updated by URBANBIKE CITY TOUR. In the same way, legal notices can be modified at any time: they are imposed nonetheless to the user who is invited to refer to it as often as possible in order to keep informed.

The website has the objective of supplying any information concerning all the activities of the company.
URBANBIKE CITY TOUR strives to provide information as clear as possible on website. However, they cannot be responsible for omissions, for inaccuracies and for deficiencies in the update, caused by themselves or by any third party who provides them this information.
All data on website are given for information purposes, and may evolve. Besides, the information appearing on the website is not exhaustive. The data given is subject to change having been made after the on-line publishing.

The Internet website cannot be responsible for property damages due to the use of the site. Furthermore, the website user is committed to access the site by using recent equipment, without virus and with a last generation browser updated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is forbidden, except from a prior written authorization of : URBANBIKE CITY TOUR. 6. Limitations of liability.

URBANBIKE CITY TOUR cannot be responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment during the access to website, and resulting either from the use of equipment which does not meet the specifications indicated on the item number 4, or from computer bugs or incompatibility issues. URBANBIKE CITY tour cannot be responsible for indirect damages (as an example a market loss or loss of an opportunity) after the use of the website. Interactive spaces (possibility of asking questions in contact area) are available to the users. URBANBIKE CITY tour has the right to delete, without preliminary formal demand, any contents posted in this space which would violate the applicable legislation in France, in particular the measures relative to the data protection. Our safety rules

Safely is THE main point of our concept. No pleasure without safety!
All our itineraries take cycle routes or routes adapted to
bike riding.
Nevertheless, the traffic rules has to be respected in the same way as when you are driving a car:

  • I stop behind the red traffic light and in stop signs
  • I yield when requested
  • I leave the priority to the right of the way
  • I indicate that I turn right (or left) with my arm
  • I ride in single file and I do not overtake when riding
  • I keep focused
  • I do not ride on pavements
  • I slow down on the paved areas

I control my speed when going downhill

Some equipment is compulsory when we ride a bike:

  • The wearing of an accredited helmet well closed at your size (Provided by URBANBIKE CITY TOUR)

URBANBIKE CITY TOUR guarantees electric bikes checked periodically by professionals for a maximal safety:

  • Checked brakes and in good condition to avoid any danger
  • A sound warning device to warn
  • Front and rear lights to be seen at night
  • Tires in good condition and with optimal pressure.


Practical information

The departure of guided tours is daily (Except Monday) at 9 a.m., 4p.m. and 7:30 pm in summer.
10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 pm in winter. Spoken Languages: French, English
The itinerary is made in groups from 4 to 12 people maximum (except from particular requests)
Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Your guide will be waiting for you there (easy to identify).
Electric bike riding is similar to walking in terms of efforts.
Think on wearing suitable clothes according to the season! In winter time, gloves, scarf and hat are recommended.
UrbanBike City Tour can cancel the tours in case of snow, heavy rains or black ice.
Minimum height required : 1,50m

Equipment provided for the tours:

  • A bottle of water
  • A helmet
    A raining coat (If necessary)
  • A child’s bike 20" (5€ additional - from 5 to 8 years old) or 24" (5€ additional - from 8 to 11 years old)

You can also rent an electric bike for a day.
Free for children under 7 years old.
